- Where does Infinity have openings?

Infinity has openings nationwide. We have clients throughout each and every state and if we don't have the location you desire, our marketing team works hard to locate the position where you want.
- Will I have a recruiter?

Yes. You will be assigned your own personal agent that will be there to walk you through the process and take care of all your needs from the beginning and throughout each travel assignment with Infinity.
- What types of settings can I work in?

Infinity has openings throughout a variety of settings - Hospital, Nursing Home, Clinics, Home Health and many others. You choose the setting that would best fit your needs.
- How much will I be paid?

Take comfort in knowing that your INFINITY MEDSTAFF recruiter gets you the top possible pay. Your pay rate is dependent on a few factors. Your level of skill and the location of your assignment are large factors in how much you earn while on assignment. Please ask your recruiter about the compensation available for your specific assignment.
- Is Direct Deposit available?

Yes! Never worry about having to track down your bank again! Infinity MedStaff has a very simple form to complete and you checks will automatically be deposited into your account.
- What's the definition of overtime? Do I get time and a half?

In most cases, overtime is time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours worked per week. California and Alaska have specific overtime laws that pay overtime after 8 hours worked. Ask your recruiter for details about a particular assignment.
- Does Infinity pay for Insurance?

Yes! We pay 100% of your medical insurance.
- Can my spouse or dependents receive benefits?

Yes, you may add eligible dependents to our group plan. All you need to do is complete the enrollment paperwork and pay the monthly premium for your dependents.
- When am I eligible for medical benefits?

The 1st day of your employment with Infinity.
- Do you have a retirement plan?

IMS offers a Profit Sharing Plan after you complete a 13-week assignment.
- What other benefits are available?

IMS also offers a nationwide dental plan, life insurance, AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, Cancer Coverage and much more. These benefits are optional and at employee expense.
- What happens to my benefits between assignments?

From completion of your assignment, you have a grace period of two weeks (14 days) that your benefits remain in effect. If, during that period, you commit to your next assignment with IMS, the grace period is extended an additional two weeks (14 days).
- Do you offer referral bonuses?

Yes! We encourage all of our employees to refer to us any qualified rehab employees. For every candidate you refer who is not in our current database and completes an IMS assignment (13 weeks / 520 hours), you are eligible for the referral bonus.
- What about malpractice insurance?

Yes, we offer you malpractice insurance! Just another way that we strive to prove that IMS cares about you! You are still free to carry your own coverage as well.
- Will I be the first one to be sent home if things are slow, or is my pay guaranteed?

If you work full time (36-40 hours a week), we make sure that you have guaranteed hours and guaranteed pay!
- Do you offer vacation?

Yes. After you have completed 2,080 hours of continuous employment, you are eligible for one (1) week (5 days) of paid vacation. This pay will be given at the average hourly rate you have received during your first year of employment. “Continuous employment” means no longer than 2 weeks off between assignments.
- Do I get tax-free money?

If you travel the government regulated mileage outside of your permanent residence, you are entitled to tax-free money for your meals & incidentals, and lodging & housing on top of a competitive hourly wage.
